Housing Law in Scotland
We are often asked at Landlord-Law (the online legal service for Residential Landlords and Tenants from Solicitor Tessa Shepperson) whether we deal with Scottish law. Unfortunately however we do not, our services are limited to residential landlord and tenant law in England and Wales. Scotland has a different legal system.
However Tessa Shepperson's book, The Complete Guide to Residential Letting, covers Scottish law (This part of the text is provided by A Scottish firm). The book, originally printed in 2000, has been updated annually since then both by Tessa and by the Scottish solicitors, and comes recommended by the National Federation of Landlords.
